About Me

I am a mother to a beautiful little 18 month old who truly amazes me every day. I am fascinated by her learning and her exploring, and how much I am learning from her. I enjoy taking her for runs/walks in her stroller, and I love our craft/creative time at the end of the day. But most of all, I love the small moments - like singing "If You're Happy and You Know It" while we eat lunch or letting her get a munchkin at Dunkin' Donuts when we stop for coffee.

I began staying home full-time in September 2012. Prior to that I worked for six years an a US Army Civilian at the Pentagon. I was a legislative liaison for the Army's Office of the Chief of Legislative Liaison, where I was responsible for the Army Family Programs portfolio.

Other than being a Mom, I love working out and cooking. Staying home full-time has given me the opportunity to get back in the kitchen. I can't wait to share that with my daughter.

I grew up in Connecticut and earned a degree in Political Science from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI.
